Guide to creating a Google Calendar Event.

At the very bottom of the calendar lies a + Google Calendar button. Click on the button of the calendar representing the room you wish to book.

After clicking the + Google Calendar button, you will be directed to a separate tab. This tab should display the various calendars associated with your Lionmail account. In order to book a room for an event, click the Create button near the top left.

Clicking Create will take you to a separate page where you can input specific information about the booking, including the title of the event, the time slots taken, and a brief description.

Note that if the Calendar isn’t available within the drop-down list, then your account requires additional access. In that case, please message the CEEMIT team at ceemit@civil.columbia.edu for further help.

When finished, click the Save button to book the room for your event!
