Guide to creating a Google Calendar Event.

At the very bottom of the calendar lies a + Google Calendar button. Click on the button of the calendar representing the room you wish to book.

After clicking the + Google Calendar button, you will be directed to a separate tab. This tab should display the various calendars associated with your Lionmail account. In order to book a room for an event, click the Create button near the top left.

Clicking Create will take you to a separate page where you can input specific information about the booking, including the title of the event, the time slots taken, and a brief description.

Note that if the Calendar isn’t available within the drop-down list, then your account requires additional access. In that case, please message the CEEMIT team at for further help.

When finished, click the Save button to book the room for your event!
